About this listen
One of the most significant problems that every human being has to face is knowing how to handle judgments, negative-self talk, emotional outrage, anger outburst, self-deception, conflicts at home, work and socially, and feeling powerless. Meticulously researched and written by Tony Jeton Selimi, The Unfakeable Code® helps you explore the fierce scientific, psychological, and spiritual impact of wearing "masks", feeling stuck, powerless, out of control, and being a people pleaser, disengaged and unproductive at home and work - a growing problem in an uncertain world affected by the Corona Virus Pandemic that is leaving behind a cosmic trail of mental health issues and a significant rise in unemployment.
Selimi truly breaks new ground in a volume that gives you the clarity, the hope, and the code to continue to evolve into the authentic, unfakeable leader you were born to be. Instead of continuing to live inauthentically, each of the five principles of The Unfakeable Code®, when used daily, can empower you to redefine yourself and overcome the adversity, anxiety and stagnancy likely blighting your life. The Unfakeable Code® offers a fresh and robust five-step methodology for business, personal or professional transformation. It assists in upgrading your psychology and harmonising body-mind-heart intelligence so it can deal with any form of anxiety, conflict, and stress. Throughout the book, Tony J. Selimi shares inspiring actual client stories who have used the five-principles to own their power, take back control, lead authentically and successfully liberate themselves from the emotional baggage and distress by fully completing the five-step method.
Marie Diamond, Global Transformational Teacher, a star from The Secret, describes it as, "A life manual that assists you in understanding how the Law of Attraction works, and it gives you valuable insights into the science of healing and changing your mindset that will transform your existence."

Troubleshooting Yourself
I really enjoyed the way Tony talked about the different "masks" people wear as defense mechanisms in their daily lives, and how those masks influence the way we interact and connect with the world and other humans. He says these masks are basically covering up who we really are.
This was really eye-opening for me, as I believe that I have accidentally been wearing multiple masks throughout my life, some of which have really and truly prevented me from understanding who I am as a person deep down.
Tony asks a lot of helpful questions at the end of each chapter, and I encourage anyone who picks this book up to take those questions seriously and really allow themselves to reflect on the masks they might have worn, or might still be wearing, in a world where everyone is pretending, in some capacity or another, to be something or someone they aren't, just to survive.

Our self destructive fecade
Your true essence is hidden behind 'masks' created by transient personas that have hijacked your authentic, genuine, and unfakeable being. You are encouraged and taught to see reality as you are, but the problem with this is that you create a distorted view of actuality. Unmasking yourself is a vital task in the unfakeable code development process since disassociation and one-sidedness in your mind’s program can have significant consequences for you.If you want to dig out the original ‘you’… stripping the mask out of you, if you wish to add love and kindness in your daily cup of coffee, if you hope to sharpen your survival strategy by programming your brain for a more comprehensive version of yourself, if you desire to steer your emotions for a stronger version of yourself, this book is for you. If you deserve to integrate introspective behavioural patterns without looking for outside stimuli, if you are trapped with multiple fake identities and desperate to swim back to shore to your own home, then certainly Tony Jeton Selimi’s The Unfakeabke Code is for you.

A new way of thinking
This book is a very good introduction to self-improvement books. It has good basics and good advice, but it might feel a bit repetitive, and some words are overused. What I mainly like about this book is that it discusses personality, which, in my opinion, is the backbone of self-improvement. It doesn't tell you what to do or not to do; instead, it suggests a better way of thinking and a different perspective that can actually help you. The book is interactive through the questions the author asks you along the way and actually requires you to answer them for a better understanding of yourself and to yield maximum benefit from the book. However, I gave the book a (4 out of 5) due to its repetitiveness. When the author gives an example, the idea will come through after the second example; there is no need to list 7-9 examples. The second thing is the overuse of some words. Using the same word over and over again implies that the author has nothing else to say, so he simply fills in the gaps. I understand that he is trying to convey a certain idea by using this word, but he can simply use it normally. There is no need to use it every time he is about to mention one's self.
In general, the book is decent, and to get the most out of it, I advise writing a summary of the key points the author mentioned, writing the points that you feel can help you the most, and reading these points once a week or every two weeks so you don't lose track of yourself and the values you're trying to embody.
The author advises to read the book a couple of times so that you yield the best results out of the book, which I understand to some degree why he is saying that, but in my opinion it's better to write a summary that suits you, and if you feel like it's not helping you out as it should, in this case you can try to read the book again.

Listening to The Unfakeable Code® by Tony Jeton Selimi was a transformative experience that deepened my understanding of authenticity and personal empowerment.
