However that is no longer the case. It's now commonly known that Emotional Intelligence (EQ) has the biggest impact here.

Story
We oftentimes look towards the outside world to find the roots of our problems. However, most of the times, we should be looking inwards. Our mind and our emotions determine our state of being in the present moment. If those aspects are left unchecked, we can get easily overwhelmed and are left feeling unfulfilled every single day.

Story
Your power to change one moment can create life-changing momentum. In The Magic of Momentum, international best-selling author Stephen Guise reveals how momentum works differently in our behavior and lives than it does in other areas. Behavioral momentum, however, is far more powerful than other forms of momentum. It’s not the “string of successes” we often perceive it to be. Behavioral momentum is layered and exponential because every action you take changes how your brain interprets that behavior.

Wonderful insight!
I have to admit that I wasn’t prepared to hear all the things that are holding me back, that I myself, am causing in my own life. However, once I get past that, I feel that this book will be extremely helpful to help me realize how I can overcome myself, and get out of my own way. I found the words in this book to be extremely intelligent, well delivered, and eye-opening. Thank you so much for bringing this book to the world, and to me.

Good if you need a reminder of the basics
I did get a couple things out of this book, but mostly this isn't new information for most adults. The information is solid, but the narrator might put you into a depressive sleep soon.

Turned Into a Relationship Manual Halfway Through
I thought this was about self-improvement, based on the title and description. It ended up being more about preventing divorce in traditional hetero marriages.

Lot of insightful content inclusive of guidance
Was hard to get into at first but after hitting my first applicable chapter I was intrigued. The lesson was clearly stated, a real life example provided, usable insight and a closing reinforcement of the lesson. You can quickly identify when it might not be of interest and skip.

Helpful but short
I liked the book. I do feel that while it hit many points, it was missing the in depth information on the 'how to' process.

Awareness Creator!!!
This book is absolutely incredible. it helps you delve deeper into WHY you react to things the way you do and where the root is. It helps you recognize areas in your life you didn't pay attention to. one of my favorite things is how it mentions that sometimes we need to be the parents our parents never had.
