About this listen

Whether it’s by procrastinating or undermining our own abilities, we often let ourselves get in the way of our happiness or success. Why do we create our own obstacles and - more importantly - how do we stop?

In this workshop, award-winning clinical psychologist and TV personality Dr. Judy Ho identifies the six thought triggers that often lead to self-sabotage, then lays out the four strategies that will help you fight these thought patterns and allow you to reach your best life.

Key takeaways:

  • Heighten Your Awareness: Recognize why we self-sabotage and the common thought triggers that hold us back
  • Know Your Power: Simple techniques to help you overcome thought triggers when they happen
  • Regain Your Control: Free yourself from the thoughts that say you’re not good enough - and embrace all the ways you are

Very insightful

This was very insightful and I believe that these would be good strategies. It does a fantastic job at breaking down certain thought triggers and ways to deal with each. I really enjoyed the fact that it is broken up into sections based on bullets / main topics. Also, these sections are titled the bullets so it's very easy to go back in reference.

Very good advice

I liked a lot this one, because it gets you very solid advice on how to stop negative thoughts to control you and take a step back and see how the situation actually can be for the better, and it has 4 good techniques that I have used and know works, it takes time to make them a habit but it's not impossible so I will advice to give a go you may be surprised how good this little listen is.
