BEST ADVICE - COVERS ALL AREAS!
This has, by far, been the BEST self improvement book I’ve bought to date! The Pursuit of Self Improvement, covers so many different areas. Even areas I I didn’t expect for the author to touch on. With including so many different areas, the chances to improve your well being for long term self improvement are very good!
I highly recommend reading this book. Also, I’d have a journal, notebook or pen & paper handy too!

Good but information a little dated
I thought this was a good series. Work to listen if your having issues. It’s a really good starter book those who have not focused on self help books before, this could be a really good start. Some information I found has very basic and were general. Basic communication skills, drawing boundaries. However just like TikTok says, I don’t know who needs to hear this but…
