People everywhere on earth are now realizing as never before that the well-being of this world rests with its inhabitants. It is no longer a religious dogma or a philosophical theory that the destiny of the race is in the hands of man. Humanity has built age after age only to find that its structures do not endure. They are faulty because the divine plan has not been consulted by the builder. Our Bible plainly teaches that God implanted in man executive ability to carry out all the creative plans of the Great Architect.

The ideal of this brotherhood is to draw angels and men, two branches of the infinite family of God, into close cooperation. The chief purpose of such cooperation is to uplift the human race. To this end the angels, on their side, are ready to participate as closely as possible in every department of human life and in every human activity that holds cooperation in view.

From the depths of our hearts, we do thank God for all the good there is. We know and understand that gratitude opens the very windows of heaven! Thanksgiving opens every channel of life, health, happiness, and abundance. Every door opens to the grateful heart. Be grateful today! List all the things you can be grateful for and watch how the Law of Increase and Multiplication will supply your every need. Make gratitude an unbreakable habit. Jesus was grateful for the “ despised” loaves and fishes...and they increased and fed a multitude.

For centuries, the Comanche thrived in a territory called Comancheria, which comprised parts of eastern New Mexico, southern Colorado, northeastern Arizona, southern Kansas, Oklahoma, and some of northwest Texas. Before conflicts with white settlers began in earnest, it's been estimated that the tribe consisted of more than 40,000 members. While the Comanche are still a federally recognized nation today and live on a reservation in part of Oklahoma, they have remained a well-known tribe due to their 19th century notoriety.

There is, in the universe, a spirit that is self-knowing, and a law that is not self-knowing, but self-propelling, which obeys spirit. We are self-knowing centers in a law that has no volition other than to obey our impulses. We are ignorant of this and consequently bring upon ourselves, through a direct act of law, all the experiences that we suffer. Should we completely change our mode of thinking, we would completely change our environment.

The treatments found in this book - one for each day - were written for you. But here is a wonderful caution: you must do more than merely listen to the words; you must feel them, know the truth of them and believe them. Unless the words are believed with utmost faith, no change will take place in your consciousness, and until you change your consciousness, you haven't changed a thing. Hear - feel - know. Consciousness, or the ability to know, is the most important thing in your life. It must be this thing called life in you, acting as an individual, a person. But there is still more to it than this. For you didn't create your own consciousness. It came with you when you entered this world. Consciousness, or that thing which you really are, is the gift of life. It is God in you.

When anyone undertakes to study the meaning and to cultivate the habit of prayer, it is well for the person to understand, from the beginning, that he is dealing with a natural function of his life and not with an artificial addition. For instance, raising palm trees in Greenland would be an unnatural proceeding. They never were intended to grow there and never can grow there save under stress of artificial forcing.

Friends, we are all in search of something that will make life worthwhile. And this something that we are in search after is God, the living Spirit, God the eternal presence. Not a God that is far away from us, but a God who is ever closer to us than our very breath. The discovery of God in yourself is the greatest discovery you can ever make. And so, today, I am calling this talk, "God Is Your Adventure".

Friends, you and I are interested in learning how to use our minds and in the most effective way. We want to know how to think in such a manner that our lives will be happy and successful. And learning how to think rightly is like learning how to use any other set of tools.
