  • You and Your Energetic Execution
    Apr 11 2025

Imagine this: It’s a Tuesday, your brain feels like a browser with 38 tabs open, and somehow you’re expected to be everything to everyone—business owner, partner, friend, maybe a parent too—while still making time to drink enough water and act like you’ve got it all together. Sound familiar?

In this episode, I’m pulling back the curtain and getting real with you about something that’s been coming up A LOT lately—in my own life, with my clients, and in conversations with so many women: the myth of “doing it all.”

Because truthfully? Trying to be everywhere, for everyone, all the time… it’s not just exhausting—it’s unsustainable. And it’s time we stop celebrating it.

I’m diving into what “balance” really looks like when you’re running a business, living a full life, and trying not to lose yourself in the middle of it all. We’re talking boundaries, burnout, energy, and the powerful shift that happens when you give yourself full permission to do less, but with so much more intention.

So whether you’re out on a walk, folding laundry, or just taking a moment for yourself, this one’s for you.

    In this episode, you’ll learn:

[03:10] | The Myth of Balance

    • My journey chasing the elusive idea of “balance” and how it nearly led me to burnout.

    • What I’ve learned to do instead that works a whole lot better.

[06:42] - Real Talk on Boundaries

    • How to stop feeling guilty for saying “no” and start honoring our own needs.

    • How I set (and stick to) boundaries, and why it’s a radical act of self-respect.

[10:25] - When Hustle Culture Backfires

    • Why hustle culture is a trap.

    • The pressure we all feel to “do it all” and why I’m done with that mindset.

[13:53] - The Power of Doing Less

    • How I’ve simplified my business (and my life) in a way that still makes a major impact, but without all the chaos and overwhelm.

[17:38] - Parenting + Business: Can They Coexist?

    • Lessons learned as a mom and entrepreneur.

    • Highs and lows of trying to balance raising kids with running a business.

    [20:50] - Listener Q&A

    • “What if people get mad when I set boundaries?”

    • My honest thoughts on standing firm in your boundaries, even when it feels uncomfortable.

  • The Month of the Marathon
    Apr 4 2025

It’s officially April, which means I am just weeks away from tackling one of the biggest challenges on my bucket list: the London Marathon. And let me tell you, this journey has been everything—grueling, exhilarating, humbling, and absolutely packed with lessons that apply far beyond running.

So, here’s the deal. I used to be a PE teacher, which means I love a good sports metaphor (get ready for plenty!). But more than that, training for this marathon has made me reflect on something huge: how eerily similar the road to running 26.2 miles is to building a business. The setbacks, the unexpected challenges, the absolute need to invest in yourself—it all translates. And trust me, some of these insights will hit you right between the eyes.

In this episode, I’m peeling back the curtain on what marathon training has really taught me about success. From pushing through freezing winter runs (hello, English weather!) to investing in the right support (yes, I spent £180 on trainers and no, I do not regret it), this journey has been a masterclass in resilience, commitment, and trusting the process. And guess what? The same principles apply to you and your business.

Whether you’re launching something new, scaling up, or just trying to figure out your next move—this episode is for you.

    In this episode, you’ll learn:

    [01:30 - 03:15] | Sports Metaphors & Life Lessons

    • Former PE teacher, loves sports analogies.

    • Sports and business have so much in common.

    • Some lessons will be obvious, others surprising.

    [03:15 - 05:00] | Training Struggles & Self-Discovery

    • Winter training has been rough—cold weather, injuries, setbacks.

    • But these challenges have revealed a lot about resilience.

    • Pushing through struggles is part of the process.

    [05:00 - 06:45] | The Activator Mindset

    • Identifying as an "activator"—helping others take action.

    • Realising the importance of activating myself first.

    • Consumption vs. absorption of knowledge—are we really taking in what we learn?

    [06:45 - 08:30] | Parallels Between Marathon Training & Business

    • Success isn’t just about showing up on race day—it’s about preparation.

    • Business is the same: strategy, execution, and persistence matter.

    • Biggest personal & financial investments in 2025—business coach + marathon.

    [08:30 - 10:15] | Investing in the Right Support

    • Spent £180 on proper running shoes—ouch, but worth it!

    • Cheap shortcuts can lead to setbacks (injuries in running, failure in business).

    • The right investments make success sustainable.

    [10:15 - 11:45] | Embracing the Process

    • Growth feels uncomfortable, but it won’t always feel new.

    • What once seemed overwhelming becomes second nature.

    • Enjoy the journey, even the hard parts.

  • The Frequency of Your Ideal Client
    Mar 14 2025

Do you feel like you are attracting the right clients, or are you stuck in a loop of price negotiations, last-minute cancellations, and energy-draining interactions?

Here’s the truth: It’s not about your client avatar. It’s about frequency—the energy you’re operating in and the energy your business is attracting.

In this episode, I’m breaking down the game-changing concept that will shift how you think about sales, marketing, and who you’re calling into your business. We’re not just talking strategy—we’re diving into the mindset, the emotions, and the alignment that separates thriving businesses from struggling ones.

If you’ve ever wondered why some people seem to effortlessly attract their dream clients while you’re stuck in uncertainty, hesitation, or second-guessing your worth—this episode is for you. Because your ideal clients are a mirror of YOU.

    In this episode, you’ll learn:

2:30 - 5:00 | Why Frequency Matters in Business Growth

    • The shift from focusing on a client avatar to focusing on the emotions, connections, and alignment with values.

    • Your ideal client should align with how you operate as a business owner.

    5:00 - 8:30 | Understanding Your Own Frequency

    • Your frequency determines the type of clients you attract.

    • If you focus on lack and scarcity, you’ll attract clients who negotiate prices and ask for discounts.

    • Strategic elements exist in business, but the energetic frequency is often overlooked.

    8:30 - 12:00 | Example of an Ideal Client’s Frequency

    • Ideal clients are often a reflection of you.

    • Key behaviors of an aligned client:

      • Clear communication.

      • Engages in open dialogue and feedback.

      • Pays invoices on time.

      • Operates with mutual respect in business relationships.

    • These behaviors define the frequency more than demographic details.

    12:00 - 15:00 | Common Challenges in Attracting Clients

    • Many business owners struggle because they focus on avatars rather than behaviors.

    • Example: People who focus on discount-seeking clients are likely in a scarcity frequency themselves.

    15:00 - 18:30 | Marketing with Frequency in Mind

    • Example of a marketing message (Bulletproof Experience) designed to attract a high-frequency audience.

    • Instead of targeting a demographic, the focus is on behaviors, mindset, and ambition.

    18:30 - 22:00 | Identifying Your Current Frequency

    • Are you operating in lack, fear, and hesitation?

    • Are you stepping into a frequency where success feels inevitable?

    • Your mindset directly impacts the type of clients you attract.

22:00 - 26:00 | Shifting Your Frequency for Business Growth

    • Acknowledging current struggles without staying stuck in them.

    • Choosing to raise your frequency to attract high-value clients.

    • The connection between mindset and financial reality.

    26:00 - 30:00 | Personal Reflection & Frequency Alignment

    • Recognising when you are “doing all the right things” but still feeling doubt.

    • Aligning your external actions with your internal beliefs.

30:00 - 34:00 | Practical Steps to Change Your Frequency

    • Journaling and mindset work during New Moon rituals.

  • This Needs to Change in the Industry
    Mar 4 2025
Let’s be real—business feels different right now. Harder. Messier. More unpredictable. Maybe you’ve noticed it, too—clients ghosting, people backing out after saying yes, invoices getting “forgotten.” It’s frustrating, it’s exhausting, and honestly? It’s got to stop. This episode is the honest conversation we ALL need. I’m pulling back the curtain on what’s really happening in the online business world, the blurred lines between personal and professional relationships, and the critical shift we must make to protect our businesses, uphold our standards, and stop the cycle of broken commitments. This isn’t about complaining—it’s about taking responsibility, setting boundaries, and demanding more from ourselves and the industry as a whole. In this episode, you’ll learn: 00:00 - 03:00 – The Changing Landscape of Business More instances of clients saying yes, then backing out or ghosting. Importance of having honest conversations about these challenges. 03:01 - 07:00 – Personal vs. Contractual Relationships Business owners often mix personal feelings with contractual obligations. Feeling guilty about enforcing contracts is common but needs to change. 07:01 - 12:00 – The Impact of Lowering Standards Many business owners lower their standards when things get tough Instead, raise standards and enforce boundaries. 12:01 - 17:00 – The Importance of Upholding Boundaries Business difficulties are not the provider’s fault; the client needs to take responsibility. Service providers should enforce contracts rather than make exceptions. 17:01 - 21:00 – Industry-Wide Responsibility & Change Everyone in the industry needs to raise expectations and commit to better standards. Strengthening boundaries leads to long-term business stability. 21:01 - End – Final Call to Action Business owners should ask: How can I raise my standards? How can I better uphold my boundaries? How can I help my clients do the same?
