• Masking or Not Whatevs... — What About Your REAL Immune Health?
    Jun 28 2025

Hop in the time machine with me—because this episode is straight outta my live video archives from over five years ago! Back when face filters were a thing, I greeted every person who popped in, and background noise (like blenders and babies) was just part of the deal. It’s unpolished, it’s real, and it’s packed with the kind of gold you only get from raw, real-life lessons. Let’s go!

This message came during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, when everyone was deep in debate over masks, mandates, and media mayhem. But instead of getting lost in the chaos, I took a different route—one that still matters today.

Straight from the global pandemic era of 2021... let's peak back in?

This episode is all about flipping the focus inward and asking the bigger question: What are you doing for your health proactively? How are you supporting your immune system and overall well-being? Whether it’s a global crisis or just a stressful Tuesday, your body and mind need consistent care.

Masks or no masks, vaccines or not—there’s one thing we all have power over: how we treat our bodies every single day.

Let’s go!

In this short but powerful message, I share three ways to become a better mom, wife, and friend—and spoiler alert: it all starts with how you treat you.

The way you show up to your own life—your health, happiness, patience, ambition, and self-worth—is a direct reflection of how you show up for everyone else. When you pour into yourself, you increase your ability to pour into others. But when you believe it’s “selfish” to care for yourself first, you end up running on empty.

This episode is a wake-up call to flip that belief and recognize that self-love isn’t selfish—it’s service. When your light shines brighter, everyone around you gets to bask in it.

Start LOVING yourself, start TAKING TIME for yourself, start INVESTING in yourself!

  • Shavasana Through the Storm
    Jun 25 2025

Hop in the time machine with me—because this episode is straight outta my live video archives from over five years ago! Back when face filters were a thing, I greeted every person who popped in, and background noise (like blenders and babies) was just part of the deal. It’s unpolished, it’s real, and it’s packed with the kind of gold you only get from raw, real-life lessons. Let’s go!

After four years of practicing yoga—despite being wildly resistant to it at first—I had a breakthrough moment during a Bikram class. The second half of class is slower, stretching-based, and sandwiched with shavasana (corpse pose) between each posture. The point? To find peace quickly between challenges.

This episode explores how that lesson—finding calm amid chaos—became one of the greatest tools of my life. And in hindsight, it’s even more meaningful: I recorded this just 8 months before the biggest storm of my life hit—when my sweet baby boy was diagnosed with a rare cancer.

Yoga didn’t just stretch my body. It stretched my soul.

Do you know how to shavasana your way through life?

Hop in the time machine with me—because this episode is straight outta my live video archives from over five years ago! Back when face filters were a thing, I greeted every person who popped in, and background noise (like blenders and babies) was just part of the deal. It’s unpolished, it’s real, and it’s packed with the kind of gold you only get from raw, real-life lessons. Let’s go!

In this soft-spoken episode (recorded from a cozy Panera booth), we press pause on the chaos and reflect on something simple but deeply important: happiness.

What actually makes you happy? I walk you through a 5-minute brainstorm session where you list the big and little things that light you up—yes, even the tiny joys like hot coffee or your favorite socks. Then, we step back and evaluate:

    • What are you doing daily?
    • What do you prioritize weekly?
    • And which of these things have you never actually made time for?

This is a practical, heart-centered reset for anyone feeling off, out of alignment, or just overdue for a little joy inventory.

  • When Your Toddler Drops the F-Bomb (and Other Lessons in Modeling)
    Jun 22 2025

Hop in the time machine with me—because this episode is straight outta my live video archives from over five years ago! It’s unpolished, it’s real, and it’s packed with the kind of gold you only get from raw, real-life lessons. Let’s go!

This episode starts with a laugh—a story about the first time my 2½-year-old dropped the F-bomb (thanks, Dad 😅)—but quickly turns into something much deeper. Because what our kids say, think, and believe? That starts with us.

Whether we realize it or not, our little ones are absorbing everything. They’re watching how we treat others, how we talk to ourselves, how we navigate stress, how we handle conflict—and it’s becoming part of the blueprint for their lives.

So today is a playful but powerful reminder: the energy, language, and behaviors you model are being mirrored. Want to raise a joyful, tenacious, kind human? Be one. They’re always watching. Let’s give them something good to imitate.

  • Highschool Students Relearning Life After Lockdown

Hop in the time machine with me—because this episode is straight outta my live video archives from over five years ago! It’s unpolished, it’s real, and it’s packed with the kind of gold you only get from raw, real-life lessons. Let’s go!

This episode was recorded in 2021, as we all tried to find our footing after the global pandemic. Specifically, I talk about high schoolers and the overwhelming struggle they faced trying to re-enter the school system after months of isolation and disruption.

Social skills had regressed. Phones became lifelines and then crutches. And educators, parents, and students alike were navigating a totally new world with little direction.

This is a time capsule moment—a look back at what we were facing and how hard we were working to just figure it out. It’s a reminder of how much grace we needed (and still need), and how messy progress can look when you’re in the thick of it.

Sometimes growth means relearning how to be human together.

This chaotic, costume-filled episode is your reminder that you are someone’s superhero—even if you don’t realize it. In the middle of everyday life, when it feels like you’re just going through the motions, you’re actually showing up in ways that impact others deeply. You’re lighting people up. You’re lifting spirits. You’re making a difference.

I share a personal shout-out to someone who’s been that light for me—just by being a positive force in the world. Sometimes we forget the ripple effect of simply showing up with good energy.

So here’s your challenge today: tell someone how they’ve been a superhero in your life. Let’s start a chain of gratitude that reminds all of us how powerful our presence really is.

In this episode, I dive into the power of presence—of slowing down long enough to be here now. Life moves fast, but when we rush through everything, we miss the tiny miracles happening right in front of us.

I talk about using your five senses to pull you back into the moment. What do you see? Hear? Smell? Feel? Taste? That sensory awareness can ground you like nothing else. Being present doesn’t require a perfect setting—it just requires your attention.

If you’re feeling like life is one big blur of go-go-go, this episode is your permission slip to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the now.

    Let’s get slow.
