LEVEL UP YOUR SELF-ESTEEM! AMAZING BOOK!
I was able to regain my confidence thanks to these steps. I knew I wanted to listen to this when the phrase "not god enough" jumped off the page as I was reading the description. This bundle's value was solidified by the truly lovely follow-up, "See Yourself in a New Light."
It gave me such a sense of empowerment when the author said that you already had the solutions in your hands.
The narration of whole text was so well-done. I will highly recommend this book to everyone, because it helped me up my self-esteem.

Self-esteem is Important
I've noticed that my self-esteem has decreased over the ages as I've gotten older. I needed this book and really liked the music behind it. This is one I'll have to come back to for my own sanity and self-confidence boost on occasion. We don't realize how society can really wear us down on so many levels

Practical Self Esteem Tips
The audible " Your Self-Esteem Bundle" contain great tips to help build self-esteem and grow in confidence. Leant it all starts with vision and understanding of self-esteem and ways it affects one's life. How to fix self our self-esteem issues is discussed in greater detail. One suggestion is to change the way we feel and focus on the good stuff. Developing one's self, from the body to emotions held a great deal when it comes to self-esteem. Finally, the use of affirmations as a vehicle to grow our self-esteem was discussed. The affirmations when repeated regularly put me in the right frame of mind. Overall a great audible bundle to have in your arsenal for those looking to improve their self-esteem and confidence.

Accelerate your self-esteem..
Wow, what an excellent book for people like me who lack self-assurance and are unable to act in accordance with their heart's desire. Despite the fact that this book is a therapy, I do believe that the 13 steps it outlines are the key to a happy life.
The author's depiction of happy-go-lucky women is something I appreciate. I took note of a lot of the exercises and advice in this title, and I'm going to try to live my life in light of these golden affirmations from now on.
The narrator also contributed to my love for this book. She told the story in such a sluggish manner that I could not get bored listening to it. I gave it five stars.

Wow! What a powerful book to help increase your self-esteem and self-confidence. In a world where we are overwhelmed by increasing demands but feel we are not up to par, where we are constantly plagued by inadequacies about our true worth and true potential, this audiobook comes as a savior to help you reclaim your self-esteem and self-confidence. The book is uplifting and healing for people with low self-esteem. It made me realize my self-worth and all the techniques and exercises discussed here are very effective in gaining self-confidence. My favorite exercise is the words of affirmation since it is my love language. I highly recommend this book.

I'm good enough
I've struggled with self esteem issues my whole life. I am working on my internal dialogue and this has been a huge help. I enjoyed the thirteen steps and the whole audio bundle. I'm doing some affirmations and a couple of the guided meditations every day. This bundle has been a lifesaver. Everyone could benefit from these meditations and all thirteen steps.
