Good overall book on the subject!
I enjoyed this book, and I use it as a closure in my study of habits, prior to listening to this book, I listen to four other books on habits. It was a great way to summarize the study. I do want to hear more from the Navy SEALs and Spartan mindset. Overall good approach by the author. I recommend for anyone who either entering into the study of habits, or as a finish to the the study of habits.
