Smooth Flow of Beautiful Content
This was the first audio book I’ve listened to in many years and it’s motivated me to start listening to audio books more.
The flow and pace is beautiful and provides much room for comprehension.
Questions that a listener may have are usually answered within the same minute they may arise.
The structure was perfectly laid out and provided a basis for the next chapter and/or topic.
I was able to get in 1.5 hours of listening time on a average daily and on my day 2, it was about 6 hours. It was just that good. Every few sentences made me want to listen even more.
This audiobook is amazing. It has a smooth flow with beautiful content that felt like meditation itself.

Easy to read and educational !
I absolutely loved it and have read it three times now. it is an easy listen and explained all the details I needed, right down to meditation space!! Thank you for breaking it down and making Buddhism easy to understand.

Introduction to What Buddhism Is and Isn't
This is a great introduction to the History and how Buddhism came to be. It includes many helpful ideas to reduce stress like medication. I highly recommend this to to anyone interested in learning about Buddhism.
