This is the movie Con-Air in Space...as only Adam Cain can live it. He's simply hitching a ride aboard a Unidor Prisoner Transport when everything goes to Hell. Now it's Adam Cain against...everyone. Too bad for...everyone.

Normally, it doesn't take a lot to piss off Adam Cain (AKA: The Human). That's why 'Collateral Damage' is his middle name. But occasionally, something happens that pushes him over the edge. And in that case, there isn't a place in the galaxy where you're safe. In I Am Entropy, Adam brings chaos to order, an order that never should have existed in the first place. All pretense of civility is gone. And now the damage isn't so much collateral as it is intentional. Worlds will crumble when Entropy knocks on the door.

The Scorched Earth in the title doesn't refer to the Human's homeworld. Rather it describes the path of death and destruction that Adam Cain burns on his way from Earth to the planet Juir as he seeks revenge for the killing of one of his closest friends. But there's more. Sherri and Arieel have been taken prisoner by the Juirean leader, with a date for their execution already set. The aliens may have thought Adam was dangerous before, but they ain't seen nothing yet.

Zac Murphy and Angus Price are the two most famous and formidable REVs in the Corps. Supermen in nearly every way, they are legends, both among the growing REV population, as well as the billions of normal Humans on Earth. And now they will be called upon to quell the festering tensions between normal Humans and the REVs. But then a new threat appears on the horizon, a threat that requires the REV—once again—to become the sharp end of the spear.

Copernicus Smith, everyone's favorite starship repairman, scoundrel and deep-cover spy, has stumbled upon a conspiracy of galactic proportions. It has also gotten him beat up, near death and a captive of the secretive Ryness Cartel. And they will continue to torture him until he reveals what he knows. The problem: He knows nothing. With the question lingering what happened to the evil Mad Aris Kracion, Adam and his team are preparing to follow the clues to an answer. But first, Adam takes a quick detour to help a stranded Summer, Monty, and Tidus get off the planet Sasin, the most dangerous place in the galaxy. It's a no big deal mission which quickly devolves into the beginning of the greatest challenge for Adam and his team. Both Adam and Summer are going through strange and not so subtle changes; Adam from the mind meld he did with the super mutant Panur, and Summer from her contact with the Essence of J'nae.

After Zac Murphy and Angus Price are fired from their jobs as leaders of the REV fleet that's been expanding the human stellar empire, a new danger appears in the Outer Reaches: A super-race capable of smashing humanity like a bug. As all of the Union's past gains are lost, Earth is desperate for salvation. They find it in the unlikely union of mortal enemies - Zac and Dr. David Cross.
