  • The Most Difficult Conversation Topics.. Based on Research
    Feb 27 2025

The most difficult conversation topics, why they are so difficult, why we fail at them so frequently, why it's important to have them and how we can get better at having them.. based on research!

There was nothing on the list that surprised me but.... there are plenty on the list that I feel exhausted navigating.

I'd love to hear what number you get in our little game AND which of these you struggle with the most/which ones you're working on.

  • Fitness & Mental Health - Insecurities and Triumphs w/ Joseph Green
    Feb 20 2025

Joey and I chat about the good, the bad and the in-between with regards to mental health and fitness in this episode. We chat about how our relationship with our mental health and physical health has changed over time, how fitness was used to hide insecurities, the current day mental struggles we face with regard to fitness and the triumphs that fitness has provided us.

We have both come a LONG way in our process and fitness has been a low risk space for us to build confidence, tenacity and trust over time. The relationship with fitness, like with anything, does still have its hardships and it's important to talk about this.
