    The desires and expectations which arise from the mind should be controlled while doing meditation and yoga. One should have immense patience while doing meditation. Usually when we sit and concentrate while meditation we become restless after some moments. Various thoughts which are basically baseless comes to mind and interrupt our concentration. so we should be mindful and just a thought comw we should slowly discard our focus from that and start our practice again.
