"Hey. Finally, the working day has come to an end. But that's not it. Kahani. Meh twist. The dinner has to be fixed. So what do you do? You have a fair idea what the ingredients are there in your fridge and in your kitchen. But what about the recipes? My dear, the recipe has to become a dish. The dish has to come to the plate, and the plate has to land on the table and finally, in your stomach."

"The same way with a baked potato. So I like, I love a loaded baked potato as well. I feel like that's comforting and it can be a meal. So I really like eating it that way, but I don't eat it often that way unless I'm at a restaurant. So. And they have a place here, and it's called McAllister's, and they have loaded spuds, and they're these huge potatoes that you can go get."

"So whenever I feel so low and I don't feel like eating, there is only one vegetable that comes to my rescue, which is potato. If I see the golden yellow fried potato, even if I don't feel like eating, I start munching on the potato with rice. So coming to my favorite recipe, I feel that in whatever form potatoes cooked, I just love it."

"I've had this passion for them ever since I was young. It just goes so good with so many different things, you know? And you can make it in so many different ways. So the only one I don't have, I don't really take is the sweet potatoes. But regular potatoes, red potatoes. Yes. All the time."

"In fact, even now I have a book that I had written many few tips and recipes which initially I learned from my mom and from different places. Also I noted it down from taking down in newspapers recipes that used to come in the newspapers and all that. But now times have changed, so we have different ways and things become. Life has become much more easier for us. So I promote learning cooking through videos because it. Because it becomes much more easier."

"Hi guys. This is salt chef Padmaja from Hong Kong talking about potatoes. Wow. Who doesn't love potatoes? I love potatoes and potatoes in any form. Chips. Wow. That's something different. French fries. That's awesome. In curries. I love potato fry. Simple potato fry as it goes well with rotis, with sambar, with rasam, and also with rice and a dash of ghee along with it. So my favorite recipe for potatoes are just a plain fry. Thank you."
