For people with attention deficit works better than a long book

I listened to the untethered soul and I went in and out during it getting pieces here and there. Mickeys podcasts being just an hour allow me to listen to them and get an entire lesson put together succinctly. I hope you do more of these podcasts.

Michael Singer takes the most profound insights from the spiritual teachings of the greatest seers and masters that walked on this planet and delivers it to us in this podcast. These episodes are also a great refresher of his other books and lectures. I'm very thankful to him for bringing the essence of yoga to us in such a simple yet thought-provoking and humorous way.

Our lives will change for the better when we listen to, understand and practice the truths in this podcast.

A simple method, clearly explained

I have been studying the teachings and the books of Michael sing us is 2021.
Out of all of the spiritual seeking that I have done, his simple done to us way of explaining the spiritual path has made more difference to my day-to-day life than anything else I have tried, and I’ve tried a lot!

If you want to have a joy and contentment, regardless of what is happening in the outside world, listen to this podcast and study his works it has transformed my inner world and give me a peace that I never thought I could have.
