If you do not have a circle of friends to talk to, you can find help by calling the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by dialing 988.

Federally Qualified Healthcare Centers (FQHC) have resources available to for anyone who is in need of a primary care provider and/or behavioral health provider. You can find one in your state or county by searching FQHC in your area.
