    In this deeply moving follow-up to the last episode, Liz and Jason Brock continue their story of facing breast cancer while Liz was pregnant. In this episode, Liz reveals how her diagnosis progressed from stage 0 HER2+ triple-negative DCIS (ductal carcinoma in situ) to stage 1 by the time she underwent a lumpectomy. Treated by the compassionate team at West Cancer Center in Germantown, TN, Liz shares her gratitude for the skilled oncologists and kind, caring nurses who supported her throughout chemotherapy in the Infusion Center.

    As Liz and Jason reflect on this challenging season, Jason recalls Liz’s remarkable strength, even as she comforted others who were heartbroken over her diagnosis. Liz shares how her faith provided her with strength and purpose, reassuring her that God had a plan for her journey. Jason opens up about his struggle with Liz’s difficult words, “If I don’t make it through this,” while Liz recounts an emotional moment when she started losing her hair. In a tearful, vulnerable scene, Jason describes his fear and love as he shaved her head, supporting her every step of the way.
