    To kick off the episode, we explore the science behind why and how habits drive our lives, what it really takes to form or break a habit and what the difference is between habits and routines.

    After that, things get personal as we reflect on our own beliefs and experiences with forming or breaking habits and routines. We also share what we consider our "bad" habits and how we go about trying to break them. 

    Lastly, we also explore what our personal motivation and drivers are when it comes to committing to habits and routines.

    We hope, through our own experiences, this episode gives you an understanding on why it's important to be aware of your habits and how you can utilise them to optimise your life.
