I am an avid meditation practitioner and enjoy finding new guided meditations. This recording is a wonderful introduction to many different forms of meditation - some which were new to me. The meditations are short and easy to fit into a busy schedule making it more likely to complete and experience the benefits of a daily meditation practice. Highly recommended!!

This has been my first experience with guided meditation programs. I decided to try it as I have been having difficulty falling and staying asleep. I put this on and I often don’t remember most of it as I’m asleep two to three minutes in. It is so calming and relaxing. Definitely recommend!!

21 days of listening to Jess Ray was wonderful. Her voice is absolutely soothing and refreshing. After day 1 I looked forward to waking up just to hear another several minutes of her guiding me through how to find peace and stillness. I downloaded another of the Aaptiv series but was not as happy with the content. With Jess and her meditations this series really benefited my soul. I will definitely play this multiple times.

The guided narrations are powerfully simple and even more meaningful the second time around. The narrator’s pace and voice are gentle, never intrusive. This is a guided meditation set I will return to.
