A soothing balm for your soul.
Shelby Forsynthia "gets it", the myriad of ways we experience grief. With amazing compassion ans wisdom, she shines a light into your grief while offering gems of antidotes for processing through it. So many "aha " and "oh God, I thought it was just me" moments. I listened to the entire audio book for a few days and was sad when it ended. However, I know I will return to it many, many times to receive the comfort and empowerment she offers.
