Good book! But companion PDF missing!!!
Would you try another book from Sara Gottfried and/or Tanya Eby?
There's ton of goodies in the book that one can take up and follow. Alas! the companion material (referred as enhanced material in the audiobook) is missing. WIthout the enhanced material, it is very hard to implement or refer to later.
So buyer beware and buy the hard copy or ebook.

Buy a hard copy - not a good audible book
First of all, the narrator'a voice grates on my nerves. And not just the voice, but the intonation and inflection. Sometimes robotic, sometimes patronizing...it's hard to explain.
While the content of the book is good, I haven't listened to enough of it to comment on it. However, I did purchase a hardcopy, because the author lays out a lifestyle plan and, in order to implement it, the book needs to be referenced from time to time. Additionally having a hard copy will allow me to make notes, also for reference.

Great book. Terrible Narrator.
I'm not sure why someone with a podcast wouldn't narrate their own book. The narrator that was selected sounds like she's trying to be sexy. Nope. It has made it difficult to listen to.
Content is great though - really excited to see the results of these changes to my lifestyle. I like having some of the science behind the concepts, and two paths through, one more basic and one more advanced. I plan to go basic for a while and then amp it up later since I'm at the low end of the age spectrum that I believe this book is for. I've read her other two books, and this is my favorite, as it seems easier for me to see how to tailor the protocol to fit my needs.
