This book is a great guide for understanding what it means to buy another business or join forces with another company. Trevor hasa strong interest in business and things such as the stock market, futures, and bonds. Here he clearly defines each action, and describes the steps from start to finish on exactly what occurs when one of hese events occurs in a business. The book is very detailed, and covers each part of th process in a step by step manner. It is easily accessible to people who have no experience in the business world.

Jay Bernstein does a fine job as narrator, and he comliments Clinger's writing style. He keeps what could be a boring subject interesting.
