One of the biggest challenges for a new CFO is often there’s not a job description. It’s usually something vague like “make the CEO look good and help the company succeed”. How do you do that exactly? This book is unlike any other of its kind. We’ve cut to the chase and shared with the CFO what they need to do and how to do it.

On these decisions hangs the future of the business: how successful it is, even whether it is successful. Yet business history is full of strategic decisions, both big and small, that were weak, poorly conceived and consequently disastrous.

Very Good Informative Audible.
A great book on the fundamentals of "Corporate Finance." It’s a good review book for traders and investors; it’s a useful preparation tool for managers in companies. But it’s probably best suited for those who are outside of finance and want to learn about it

Good intro for corporate finance
Good read for anyone with minimal experience in finance and business. Very heavily focused on macro levels of corporate finance and doesnt touch on operational level issues much, nor on scalable, more ground level solutions or problems.
