Set in a small town in the early 1900s, "Uncle Ripley" takes place during a time when secrets were kept hidden behind closed doors, and no one was quite who they appeared to be. The story follows the life of a young woman who is sent to live with her estranged uncle after the sudden death of her parents. Dark secrets begin to reveal themselves, a winding and terrifying path down the backroads of her family's past. In the process she begins to realize her Uncle may not be the kind and loving guardian she pictures him to be. What is he up to?
His eerie and aging mansion only increases the suspense and intrigue. Our young heroine is continuously haunted by strange occurrences and a sense of impending doom that seems to follow her into every room. She forms an alliance with a young companion, and together they try and try to uncover the sinister machinations at play within the estate's walls. Reality and illusion mix and match, and a young woman's future hangs in the balance.
