I was really expecting something groundbreaking that would actually help me to grow. However, this was very vague and lack a lot of information and details. It was very general. Yes, some of the information were interesting as well as some studies mentioned.
The worst was the part where she talked about talking about your feelings as “I AM” instead of “I FEEL” excuse me?! This made me super pissed. If I am depressed IT IS A NEED to say I feel instead of I am, as I AM NOT my depression. It is just a feeling I’m having. This allegations can really harm one who’s suffering from any kind of mental health disorder.
The delivery is something that the author should work on.
It was just another motivational book with no depth or clarity.

No actual depth, just another motivational book
