As we have aged my wife and i have been looking for ways to keep our vitality and have been exercising like 2 crazy people. However that hasn't given us the complete and total "fountain of youth". Recently we have turned our focus toward our diet. Obviously there is a connection of our diets to our health but thanks to this book we have learned of the connection to stress and sleep quality.
Mr. Miller gives easy to follow steps which we are incorporating into our daily lives to gain all of these results.
