Learn the ins and outs
A while ago I was talking to a friend about flipping a house and he mentioned tax lien investing. I didn't really think much about it at the time, but later I started really thinking about it. The few sentences he mentioned to me sounded interesting. So I thought I'd check out this book. And I gotta say, it was very informative. Before this book, all I knew about this topic was basically just that it exists. But this book took me through the ins and outs. It broke it down so it really made sense.

AN AMAZING RESOURCE!
I have heard about Lien investing but couldn't grasp the concept of it. I learned a lot about Tax Lien and Deed investing from this fantastic resource and find it very helpful. The book discusses the essentials of Wholesale Real Estate Investing, the top agents in Florida, and process of rehabilitating investment properties. Moreover, it also provide helpful insights on flipping houses and tips on selling investment properties quickly. I appreciate the author for such an amazing work. Highly recommended!
