Dr. Gladys shares so generously over a century of her life’s experiences and lessons learned! Wishing I had had her insights years ago. But now, at age 74, I feel validated that my goals, philosophies and lifestyle mirror those of an amazing woman of 102.5 years old. Her outlook is dynamic, energetic and filled with goals! Life is Within Us
I especially like books that are written based upon one’s experiences in life with the intent to share with others, who may find it beneficial. I’ve shared it with my girlfriends and some family members, and believe that goal-setting is truly a very practical way to move one’s life into a very positive and fulfilling realm.

Amazing 🤩
I laughed, I 😭, it was amazing. I relate so much with so many of her stories. I learned a lot from each chapter. This one is one to keep forever. Profound Wisdom from 102 yrs old Doctor

A perspective of wisdom
I enjoyed listening to Dr. Gladys’ life stories. From my perspective as a senior & mother of 2 adult sons, I found it so interesting to hear her memories of her parents who were both missionary doctors living in India. From the effects of being bullied & looked down upon for her dislexia & how she was able to overcome this initial struggle to become a renowned doctor, & all of the other challenges she faced throughout her lifetime, this book is inspirational, & gives a reader strength & courage to continually grow, in order to face life’s many challenges & obstacles.

Integrity and joy
I thoroughly enjoyed this book from beginning to end. I am an osteopath and loved her osteopathic point of view even though she’s an MD ( I was just a bit curious why she didn’t become an osteopath ). Her perspective on life and health is refreshing and healing and has helped me to move with open arms into life
