A must for overthinkers!
I wasn’t too fond of the voice but it grew on me. He moves fast, I took notes in some pertinent sections and had to keep pausing and going back, but ultimately I loved it and I seriously hope it helps with my awful overthinking. I would recommend and I will definitely listen again (slowed down this time!). Lots of helpful tips to get your overthinking in check!

Resonates With Me
Rodney Noble's book resonated deeply with me. I've always been prone to overthinking, which constantly sabotaged my relationships. Noble's approach is refreshingly practical.
