 After spending years searching for the perfect law firm operating system, I identified a crucial gap in the market – the absence of a law firm system created by a lawyer specifically for law firms that was derived from genuine hands-on experience. It became apparent that nearly every existing program was built for the general business or owned and promoted by individuals who were either non-attorneys, had no prior experience as attorneys, or were attorneys whose expertise dated back many years. And those with relevant experience had never built a multi 8-figure business. Furthermore, a significant number of these programs lacked development by individuals who had practical experience in implementing the strategies they were teaching. Many of the other programs were good, just didn’t cater to the unique needs that law firms experience.

Recognizing this void, I set out to address the issue. Using my 20 years of experience in the legal industry and my passion of teaching, I created a program that would provide law firm owners with an operating system and genuine, real-life consulting expertise to scale their businesses to 8 figures and beyond. Nothing in this book on its own is novel. In fact, you can read about many of these strategies in other books. What this book has done is consolidated the best advice from leaders and writers from around the world plus coupled it with my personal law firm building experience to build the most comprehensive law firm operating system available in the world.

Utilizing the methodologies outlined in this book, I was able to build my own multi 8 Figure Law Firm and successfully assisted numerous other firms from around the country and the world in generating 7 and 8 figures in revenues, with many achieving a doubling of their personal income in less than a year.
