Awesome wisdom for self coaching!
Loved the simple matter of fact truth that we all relate to each day and solutions for our chaos! Highly recommend for adults with ADHD, their spouses, their bosses, peers and subordinates. I found information very helpful! it's nice to know I'm not alone in my thoughts & action. I already practice some of her tactics but it's good to learn new ways to tackle my " to do list". A definite must read for anyone who struggles with ADD/ADHD, throughput & organization!
