helpful advice backed by science
this book offers a lot of tips and exercises to practice to help address many common issues encountered with ADHD. I found it extremely helpful not only having the scientific explanations for these behaviors but the reasoning why his suggestions might work for you. obviously not everything in this book is going to work for everyone but attempting it and practicing are the first steps.

Excellent and helpful ideas!
Purchased this audible to review it prior to give it to my son who struggles with ADHD and as I was listening to it I realized that many of the ideas he recommends will definitely help him but also me!!
Easy to understand and interesting enough to not put it down until it finished!
