AI failure

AI voice is as bad as you think it will be, with mispronunciations and a ?laugh? every time it says "understand". Writing is repetitive but also inconsistent. Each chapter starts with talking about what each section will talk about, then what the chapter will be about, THEN any info. CN ratio is defined at least 4 times with different ratios suggested. One technique is said to be good for meat, dairy, and oils, then in a later section said you shouldn't use those items. I think there's some decent info here but wouldn't trust it without fact checking anything.
