Sleep and Nutrition
This audiobook doesn’t just give information—it gives you tools you can use immediately. I started using some of the mindfulness tips to improve sleep and noticed an improvement. I was also very interested in how nutrition plays a role also. This book gave me lots to think about, in a very positive way.

A very compassionate look at ADHD
What I appreciated most is that this book respects the ADHD brain instead of trying to force it into a neurotypical mold. There was a ton of credible research that supported the book. The advice is tailored and compassionate and extremely informative. I’ll definitely be revisiting it often.

More Focus and Energy
I was really pleased with this audiobook! It provided insight I didn’t even know I needed. The sections on fatigue and overstimulation explained so much about my day-to-day struggles. But more than that, it gave some very practical advice on how to address that. I will be listening to this one again. A definite great resource!

Running a small business
I haven't found it easy to be an entrepreneur even though I totally love it. Running a small business while managing my ADHD has been a recipe for missed deadlines and burnout. This book helped me simplify my task list and use smarter time management strategies. I especially appreciated the productivity hacks tailored to how my brain naturally functions. I appreciate learning about my brain and techniques to get things done. Well written!

Game-Changing
This audible was a pleasure to listen too. The tone of this book is exactly what I needed—no hype, no judgment, just grounded, compassionate advice. I’ve begun using the rejection sensitivity tools and I feel they are very helpful. I will also say that narrators voice helps bring this book to life. I really enjoyed it and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone who thinks they may have AHDH.
