Listen to this book!
Listen and you will find yourself starting over again from the beginning when it’s done. It’s that good. Then go find Cory’s Instagram and his website, and take his meditation retreat courses. And watch your life transform. I can’t really explain in the right words how much this positively impacted me. You have to experience it yourself. Listen.

Phenomenal
I was introduced to Cory through Simple Habit, where I learned to stick to meditating for the first time after many years of trying on my own. Like his content on Simple Habit, Cory’s audiobook is filled with wonderful analogies to learn from, great practices that are practical for those with stress/anxiety/busy schedules/new to meditation and it’s conveyed with tones of love and patience that he wants you to have for yourself. I appreciate the tools, wisdom and inspiration he has shared in his book from the many lessons he has learned over the years.
The only negative has nothing to do with him, but there are several skips in the audio. Didn’t bug me enough to remove a star but I could certainly imagine it could be frustrating for some listeners.

Not just another mindfulness book
This is different, since Cory is a professional meditator with first hand experience in a real Buddhist monastery. He keeps you interested all the way, even if much of the stuff has been said before. He points to good resources to aid in meditation practice.
