About this listen

This book breaks the laziness model with a clear look into how being lazy affects you. Expect to be confronted and provoked, expect to be told to pull your head out and get off your a**. At its most benign, laziness is wasted opportunity. At its worst, laziness will kill you, and maybe others, too.

We will look at the way being a lazy f*ck self perpetuates, how laziness embeds itself as a new operating system with ways of thinking and associations that come to define you and your actions. But all that is the simple stuff, stuff you may already have guessed at even if you’d not put it all together. The real stuff is how to fix things to get momentum back in your life.

Good short read. Makes you feel like your talking to your older sibling instead of a professor at a college. It goes into a broad spectrum over what exactly it means to be lazy and does so in a way that is both funny and to the point.

It is short so it explains the general scope of living a more fulfilled and active live but not the details. So you will find a Huuuuuuuugge list of referenced books.

I feel like this makes the book a great read for one of your first self-improvement books.

I now take more solid shits. Must Buy.
