I bought this audio book for natural sleep tips. It was a quick listen full of helpful tips. While I do many of the things she suggests I was surprised by how many I don’t do or how many I didn’t know about. Everything she suggests is easy to implement. I’m excited to try! One thing I didn’t like was the mans voice who narrated. He sounds like he’s talking to an audience and why is it a man when the author is a woman? Otherwise highly recommend.
