Great resource. Highly recommend!
I got into the benefits of medicinal mushrooms after watching Joe Rogan’s interview with Paul Stamets. After dissecting the benefits of each of the mushrooms from this book I incorporated more shiitake, oyster, and chaga in my diet and I definitely feel the difference.
Just for fun I also grew lions mane mushroom and cooked steaks. How could I resist after learning it stimulates neurogenesis from this book!?
