We all have all 12 zodiac signs within our birth chart, which means that each zodiac sign gets activated differently within us, depending on the placement of our rising sign and the planets in our birth chart. This meditation is designed to complement the sign of Capricorn. Capricorn is a cardinal earth sign that governs over time and wisdom, and it is symbolized by a mythical creature: a goat with a fishtail. Me and my cat are obsessed
I literally put this on to drive my cat home from the vet and she didnt meow the entire drive, which is unprecedented. I am also obsessed as well. These mediations are getting me thru these stress filled days. Thank you for this offering

Spacious, gentle, soothing
The sounds of flowing water and gentle music predominate in this soothing meditation. Little is said— just the right amount to reorient your attention and open your mind and heart.
