Amazing; Truly Grounding
I love trying the Audible sound bath experiences. This was particularly effective: the tightness in my chest eased up, and my neck muscles relaxed. Most incredibly, I felt the tingle of my nerves and pulse of my blood in my feet and ankles, making me feel stable and actually "grounded." A definite reason to repeat it!

chimes, again?
There are chimes everywhere, same with rain, wind waves, and birds. why cover up the HZ therapy? Give the HZ straight up.

gave me anxiety attack... twice
I've tried this 2 nights in a row. At first it's fine, lulls my brain into a peaceful drift... the aggressively picks up pace, adds a harsh vibration sound, and seems to get louder. Leaving me with increasing anxiety until I turn it off.
