A very comprehensive approach to the topic
A great book for beginners and recently appointed managers without any management training this book offers a useful approach as leaders are not the ones who have all answers but just the one’s responsible for the whole team or organisation to succeed. This can only be accomplished by leveraging the collective intelligence in every group. Leading with questions provide you with an useful guidance to bring about the best solutions from your own teams.
For the more seasoned manager the book tends to be too descriptive and even dull in the way it over repeats the same “mantra”. However it’s never too much for the large majority of managers we have to concede on that.
