mostly stuff you already know
the first half of this book is simply geared for people trying to conceive. like it's telling you how to find your ovulation window and lh surge etc..like if I'm going to be doing IVF don't you think I already know about BBT and opks? there was some useful information in the middle of the book, because even though I generally know how IVF works I don't know a whole lot. I am very familiar with the terminology. and then the last part was like inspirational tips from people who've done IVF. so yeah I mean it wasn't all useless info, but I'd say you can easily skip the first several chapters if you've been ttc awhile because you don't need any of that info.
