No weekend warrior here!
Thank you for this book. It helped me transition into thinking and training like a true athlete. It helped me get to a deeper understanding of “my why”. I may never make to a podium, or the cover of runners world but I am an athlete just the same. I have listed to this book over and over. It’s a great motivator!

A Captivating, Motivating & Inspirational Read
What made the experience of listening to I, Athlete the most enjoyable?
As an aging endurance athlete I have been struggling with my motivation after a series injuries. Listening to Josh's book gave me the ability to look within and find my missing inner fire. I needed the boost that this book provided to get me over the hurdle that was back to back injuries.
What other book might you compare I, Athlete to and why?
If you have not read or listened to Josh's first book, In the Footsteps of Greatness, I highly recommend it. It is a visceral experience that will have you planning your adventure in the wilderness.
