About this listen

In the 27th century, the council of planets has deemed Earth a quarantined planet. Our history of violence and destruction had finally caught up with us.
Earth, now divided into two classes of people, one genetically engineered called Civvies who are born without an adrenal gland, making them high intellectuals but docile, unable to survive high stress and trauma. The others, a lower class called undesirables, humans who are born naturally and kept into three subcontinents. All children are raised with the aid of an A.I. computer to help keep their natural violent tendencies in check. It also trained them specifically for the space program.
Earth’s goal…to be the first to explore the center of our galaxy.
Then came the distress call from a species on the innermost reaches of the galaxy. Something…never seen, something monstrous, something destructive beyond all comprehension, was annihilating planet after planet.
Earth seeking to have the quarantine lifted, responded by sending the only fleet of Galaxy class ships to their aid. But not only do they find the hostility and conflict from other planets who still deem Earth under quarantine, but the unknown threat that is destroying species after species.
A threat they face that is so monstrous, so powerful that it will take the combined efforts of all planets to survive.
