Mind Opening
I really loved this book. The book helped me to come up with a new mindset. We probably haven’t realized it yet, but there is a probability that most of our lives we are going to spend it at a job. Therefore, it would be great if we find new ways to enjoy our jobs. In the book, I learned the importance of having a good relationship between the boss and employees. Although the message is geared to the people who want to become super leaders, I believe that having a good relationship between the manager and the employees is the first step to enjoy our jobs. I am not an aspiring leader, but I know how great it feels having a good relationship with your boss. If you are compelled to know how it feels, I believe this book is the best way to start. It is really gratifying when your boss comes to you and tells you where and how you can improve. The book calls this “finding your blind spots.” However, pointing out your blind spots will not always be easy. If there is not a good relationship with your boss, you might feel offended when you receive his/her criticism. So, you also have to learn how to take criticism. The good thing is that you can learn all this by listening or reading this book. I believe that everybody who is aspiring to become a leader or anybody who would like to enjoy his/her job should read this book. It is rich in knowledge. It was so interesting that I had to listen to it twice. The author of the book did a great job putting together a masterpiece.

So much more than leadership book!
I especially liked the parts about the "why" and purpose as leaders. Too often leadership focuses on the tactical only, too caught up in the day to day tasks that they lose sight of these important pieces of leadership. I also liked the "Lead Up" chapter, as it included many great reminders of how to "manage" your own boss!
This book is so much more than what we traditionally think of as being a good leader. It addresses the whole leader, such as taking care of oneself personally down to what you eat and making sure you exercise. I love how the book ties the holistic view back to how it makes you a better leader overall!

Someone other than author would be a better reader
Ok, better books out there. Felt mostly like someone gloating about their accomplishments and lots of citations from other books that took up a lot of content

Descent book
It's an okay book. There are some info that's useful. But in general all of them are available in other books.
