Extremely helpful!
This is a fantastic audiobook that explains pretty much everything you need to know about a hospitality/venue business. I really liked the narrator also who was very positive and upbeat. This book was interesting and captivating from start to finish and I would recommend it for anyone considering the business.

good book!
Heard this one also from the hospital! It actually kept me pretty engaged start to finish. THe book does a great job breaking down the event venue business into manageable chunks. As a musician this is good for me to knwo since I now I have some insights on how to talk to event planners and understanfing their perspective on things. Loved the parts about negotiating... as I now can actually work things out with them with understanding. It’s not all fluff either: Insurance, licensing, ad budgets.... Honestly, if you're even thinking about opening an event space, this is a good one to get you rolling.
