Andrew Holecek covers everything imaginable to give you a strong foundation on which to build your dream yoga practice. His voice is calm and steady, so it's really easy to listen to at night, to be reminded of some of the practices just as you're falling asleep.
What insight do you think you’ll apply from Dream Yoga?
There are many insights that I apply to my practice, such as sleep posture, jumping, having cards around the house to pick up and read to do a state check.

Simply amazing
This type of book goes straight to the point, he didn't go around explaining his family history, there is no nonsense information, unnecessary information that has nothing to do with the reason why you're reading the book, no eating time about example or his childhood and all that. He goes straight to the point and tell you what's going on, what to expect what to do to have a lucid dream. Just the way I like it.

The most applicable material on this subject.
Andrew Holecek is a student of Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche. His books on the subject of meditation and lucid dreaming are profound, but also deeply esoteric and even a bit obscure. This material is much more accessible and, as the author himself states, is simplicity itself. By far one of the best books on the subject that I've listened to in quite some time. I highly recommend it if you have any interest at all in unlocking the power of your unconscious mind. Which you should, since that's pretty much the goal here in this illusion of a floating point that we call "reality. "

Andrew is such a great narrator!
This is an excellent book, clear and detailed with lots of practical examples, as others have noted. But what I keep marveling at is how much fun it is to listen to it. This is because it sounds like Andrew is talking to you, he's not just reading.
