On the one hand are the Ubers, carnivores who eat the flesh of the others and who seem to hold all the levers of power and influence. On the other hand are the unters, who, constantly living in fear of potential catastrophe, do as they are told, even if it means sacrificing those liberties that up until recently had made them human.When the population of Ubers increases in Smart City 15b and the population of unters drops precipitously, order begins to break down.
