it works IF you let it
it's okay to be skeptical. I was. But after listening to the audio book once, I cut out caffiene and sugar.
But I kept returning to the book to listen to it, and now I have zero desire for sugar and caffeine--and I used to eat TWO BAGS of Blow Pops along with 3-4 energy drinks.
By "if you let it," I mean give it mtiple listens, but more importantly, be honest with yourself and what you really want. This book will do you no good unless you "let go" and allow Jason to work his... it's not magic. it's science and expertise. Whatever feelings come up, let them.
Jason himself says you do not need a conscious understanding of what he's doing in the book for it to work--hey check that skepticism and take an hour put of your day to listen/read (I own the ebook too).
It's working for me, and it'll work for you, maybe just not in the way you think it would. And that's a GREAT thing.
