I love this book
I love this book, because it answers my questions and really explains things to me that had been bothering me. I know a reasonable amount about training with weights and have some mileage behind me too and, yet, there are always questions; things that just bug you from time-to-time that startlingly not even the great internet god can answer.

Excellent book.
Excellent book. I've tried many programs, ones that worked, ones that didn't as well and like Mark says, this is the most functional workout there is. If I only knew a long time ago what I know now. Must listen Starting Strength also.
